Overview
Some hazards need more than water. Suppression systems use the agent best suited to the risk — and choosing correctly avoids damage and protects people.
Types we deliver
- Clean agent (FM-200 / Novec 1230 / inert gas) — residue-free, for data centres and electronics (see our FM-200 page)
- CO₂ systems — for unoccupied high-hazard spaces (engine rooms, generators) — note CO₂ is hazardous to people and is not for occupied rooms
- Foam systems — for fuel and flammable-liquid hazards (see our foam page)
- Kitchen wet-chemical — for commercial kitchen hoods, ducts and appliances (Class F/K), to NFPA 17A / UL 300

Frequently asked questions
Is CO₂ suppression safe for occupied rooms?
No — CO₂ discharge concentrations are dangerous to people; CO₂ systems are for normally-unoccupied high-hazard spaces with strict safety interlocks. For occupied rooms we use clean agent.
Which system for a commercial kitchen?
A wet-chemical system over the hood, ducts and appliances (Class F/K), to NFPA 17A / UL 300.
