The approval process
1. Design & drawings
We prepare fire protection drawings and documentation to the UAE Fire and Life Safety Code of Practice.
2. Authority review & NOC
Drawings are submitted to the relevant emirate’s Civil Defence for review and a No-Objection Certificate.
3. Installation to approved design
Work is carried out exactly to the approved drawings using approved materials.
4. Inspection
We coordinate and attend the Civil Defence inspection.
5. Final approval & certificate
Once passed, the system is certified and handed over.

Frequently asked questions
What is a fire NOC?
A No-Objection Certificate is Civil Defence’s approval of your fire protection design, required before installation and before a building can be occupied.
Which emirates do you cover for approvals?
All of them — we work with the Civil Defence authority in each emirate, from Dubai and Abu Dhabi to Sharjah, Ajman and the northern emirates.
Can you fix a design that was rejected?
Yes. We review the rejection, correct the design and resubmit for approval.
